• Project and job information, documents, photographs, videos, messages, approvals, status updates, and other content submitted through our services.
• Communications with AXC, Recon Portal, or Alfred AI, including SMS and MMS messages and any media or files included in those messages.
• Information submitted when requesting information, support, or services.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, and usage data, when you interact with our website or services.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website, Recon Portal, Alfred AI, and related services.
• Deliver job-related communications, reminders, document or photo requests, project updates, alerts, support, and other requested operational messages.
• Process instructions, respond to questions, and support users and customer organizations.
• Analyze service performance, prevent fraud or misuse, and protect our users, customers, services, and legal rights.
• Comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, and fulfill other purposes disclosed when information is collected.

3. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services for us, to the organization through which you use our services, when directed or authorized by you, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to comply with law or protect legal rights and safety. Service providers may use information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet contractual and operational requirements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop nonessential email communications, use the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contact us.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and working professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

8. Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using an AXC website, Recon Portal, Alfred AI, or a related service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use the services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

You agree to use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and policies. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, documents, photographs, instructions, contact information, and other content you submit. You are also responsible for obtaining any permissions or consent required to provide that content or direct us to communicate with another person.

Messaging program terms: The AXC, Recon Portal, and Alfred AI messaging program may provide project updates, reminders, requests for documents or photographs, alerts, support messages, and other operational communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS and MMS Privacy and Terms in Section 4 are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Alfred AI and other automated features may produce incomplete or inaccurate information. Outputs should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person before being used for safety-sensitive, legal, financial, insurance, construction, employment, or other consequential decisions. The services do not replace professional judgment.

Our services may connect with or depend on third-party platforms. AXC is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their separate terms and privacy practices. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a service when reasonably necessary.

AXC and its licensors retain all rights in our software, branding, designs, and services. Subject to applicable law and any written agreement with AXC, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect AXC, our customers, users, or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to This Policy and Terms

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through our services or other appropriate means.
